Our Team
Although every single member of our crew is important and valued, the people below are our Front of House and Management Team.
This group makes up part of our permanent work force. Besides these people, we have a pool of casual staff with a majority returning each season.
In the peak season, Rivapak proudly employs up to 50 people. As we are a seasonal operation our staff numbers fluctuate.

Our casual staff are flexible in that they move around to different positions so that they are can be fully competent in all aspects of the entire plant. in the event of someone being away, we can fill that vacancy with another team member seamlessly. In the busy season we have to work as a team as there is very little time to reorganise the production line. We all help one another and fill in for each other when the need arises.
Whilst the majority of our workforce is young, there are some people that have been with us since the very beginning and it is because of their experience, knowledge and skill set that Rivapak continues to grow stronger and stronger.
